SenseOn Platform 5.32
Investigate now keeps comments, case history and the closing summary in the case side panel, so you can work a case without leaving it, and a link to an observation opens the case at that observation. The AI Governance dashboard in Reveal has a new Microsoft 365 Copilot tab showing who uses Copilot and how.
What's new
- Reveal: the AI Governance dashboard has a Microsoft 365 Copilot tab, with headline usage figures, daily active users, usage by app, the most active users and your paid seats. Choose a single Microsoft 365 integration from the filter bar to narrow it down. If the data the tab needs isn't available, it explains what's missing.
- Investigate: add and read comments in the case side panel, without leaving the case.
- Investigate: the case history sits in the side panel as a collapsible Timeline section, and a closed case shows its closing category and comment at the top of its overview.
- Investigate: an open observation has its own link, so you can share a link that opens the case at that observation.
What's improved
- Investigate: a device's panel separates the details captured when the observation happened from its live Universal Sensor data, and its isolation status stays up to date while you look at an observation.
- Investigate: the Response Overview opens automatically when a case has response actions.
- Comments: case comments look the same in Investigate and Experience, and you can edit or delete your own. Closing comments appear in the comment history with a "case close" tag.
- Experience: changing a case's status no longer resets you to the first page of the case list.
- Dashboard Lab: filters on the Dynamic Observations source offer a calendar for dates, and greater than or less than for numbers.
- Reveal: the cross-filter bar shows just your filters and a Clear All button.
- Integrations: the installed integrations list appears straight away, and connector setup tells you when the vendor took too long to respond.
- Accessibility: secondary text has stronger contrast.
