SenseOn Platform 5.28

This release makes the Support Hub easier to use wherever you are, with file attachments, multi-line messages, and pages that fit phones and small screens. Active Response now warns you before you isolate a device that already has a live session connected, so you know what you're interrupting before you act. Reveal charts are also easier to read, with product terms in place of raw field names and a clearer map.

SenseOn Platform 5.27

The Support Hub replaces the in-app chat as the one place to raise and follow support requests with SenseOn. Service accounts give integrations and automations their own identity, each with a single token, and their actions are clearly labelled wherever they appear. Administrators can request access to the audit log, and correlation from external detection engines appears in Investigate and Experience. Custom Detections, Reveal and Data Connectors also get a round of improvements, and OpenAI joins the integration catalogue.

SenseOn Platform 5.25

The Support Hub has been rebuilt around conversations. Tickets sit on the main side menu, comments read as a chat thread, and a badge tells you when the SOC has replied. Most settings now save as you change them, so there's no page-level Save button to forget. Reveal adds CSV downloads from any chart and follows your date format throughout, and navigation is simpler, with a single account menu and a breadcrumb trail on every page.

SenseOn Platform 5.24

Dashboards now reopen on the timeframe you last used, so you can pick up where you left off. The Support Hub has a new floating action menu, and you can filter the ticket list by type and status. Settings show when a value differs from its default, error messages in Active Response and Hunt Lab explain what went wrong, and the sign-in page loads faster.

SenseOn Platform 5.23

You can now filter a whole Reveal dashboard from any of its tiles. Click a value and every tile filters to it, making it quicker to go from an overview to the detail behind it. Segment titles are also links now, so you can open a segment in a new tab.
