SenseOn Platform 5.27
The Support Hub replaces the in-app chat as the one place to raise and follow support requests with SenseOn. Service accounts give integrations and automations their own identity, each with a single token, and their actions are clearly labelled wherever they appear. Administrators can request access to the audit log, and correlation from external detection engines appears in Investigate and Experience. Custom Detections, Reveal and Data Connectors also get a round of improvements, and OpenAI joins the integration catalogue.
What's new
The Support Hub replaces in-app chat
The Support Hub is now the place to raise and follow support requests with SenseOn, and is being turned on for every customer. Open a ticket, follow the conversation with the SOC as a chat thread, and see when the SOC has replied. The previous in-app chat widget has been retired. If you don't see the Support Hub yet, contact your Customer Success Manager to have it turned on.
- Service accounts: a new Settings page to manage service accounts, each with a single token. Actions taken by a service account are labelled in the audit log, case history and API Configuration.
- Audit log: administrators can now view the audit log, which SenseOn can turn on for your organisation. Contact SenseOn to request access. Activity by SenseOn staff is redacted.
- External correlation: correlation from external detection engines now appears in Investigate and Experience.
- Custom Detections: a filter bar above the detections list, and an Edit in Custom Detections option on the Analytic ID menu.
- Reveal: table tiles are paginated, and Case IDs open the case in Experience from the data point menu. Case titles appear beside Case IDs, and the "Other" slice of a pie chart lists and expands the slices it groups.
- Data Connectors: connector cards show whether a connection already exists, and OpenAI is now in the integration catalogue.
- Support Hub: open tickets refresh automatically, so replies and attachment links stay current.
What's improved
- Reveal: the dashboard list is sorted alphabetically, and Case ID is available as an attribute on Cases and Dynamic Observations.
- Universal Sensor: rotating the installer key now warns you to update your MDM tools with the new key.
- Support Hub: if a Live Chat message can't be sent, you're told and your draft is kept.
- Hunt Lab: Horus keeps writing its answer when you close the panel or switch tabs.
