SenseOn Platform 5.25

The Support Hub has been rebuilt around conversations. Tickets sit on the main side menu, comments read as a chat thread, and a badge tells you when the SOC has replied. Most settings now save as you change them, so there's no page-level Save button to forget. Reveal adds CSV downloads from any chart and follows your date format throughout, and navigation is simpler, with a single account menu and a breadcrumb trail on every page.

What's new

  • Support Hub: a badge on the side menu tells you when the SOC has replied, and opening a ticket marks it as read. Tickets open from the main side menu, and comments read as a chat thread with the oldest first and the message box always visible. The ticket details panel has been rebuilt, each ticket shows when it was last updated, and Done or Cancelled tickets are hidden by default.
  • Reveal: download any chart's current data as a CSV from its tile controls. Pie charts group small segments into an "Other" slice so the large ones stay readable.
  • Reveal: dates and time buckets on axes, tooltips, filters and table cells follow your platform date format, and table cells offer the standard time menu.
  • Reveal: the dashboard title bar stays pinned while you scroll, including Ask Horus if Horus in Reveal is on for your organisation. Contact SenseOn to request access. Empty tiles now say which time window they checked and when.
  • Settings: most fields save as you change them, with a confirmation beside each one. Settings that hold a list or a set of values still have their own Save button, because they take more than one step to edit. The page-level Save button is gone, the header shows "Not saved" while a change is pending, and you're warned before leaving with unsaved changes. Settings navigation is grouped into labelled sections.
  • Cases: open a case in a new tab straight from the cases list, and copy the UTC time from any time menu.

What's improved

  • Navigation: the controls at the bottom of the side menu are combined into a single account menu. Every page has one clear heading and a breadcrumb trail, and the main navigation is labelled for screen readers.
  • Segments: the separate Device Segments page is retired in favour of Device Configuration, with a link back to it from each segment.
  • Reveal: charts sort by their values when no order is set, and axes use consistent units for bytes and counts. Single-column tiles size to their content, and the Case Activity dashboard no longer includes the Most Common Case Titles tile.
  • CSV exports are protected so that spreadsheet formulas can't be injected through exported cells.
