SenseOn Platform 5.22

Managing device segments is quicker in this release. You can drag segments into your configuration, see how many devices are in each one, and edit a segment's settings directly on its page. Endpoint Protection settings are split into separate Antimalware and Process Protection groups for finer control, and the case summary now shows the Resolve verdict.

What's new

  • Segments: add segments to your configuration by dragging them from a tray of segments that aren't configured yet. This replaces the old add segment menu.
  • Segments: the configured segments table shows how many devices are in each segment.
  • Endpoint Protection: settings are split into separate Antimalware and Process Protection groups for finer control.
  • Cases: the case summary has a new tab showing the Resolve verdict.

What's improved

  • Segments: edit a segment's settings directly on the segment page.
  • Segments: building segment conditions takes fewer clicks.
  • Segments: a Create a new Segment button on the Device Configuration page, and you can now open the default segment.
  • Segments: exclusion counts are summarised per group in the settings grid.
  • Support Hub: messages support formatting such as bold text, lists and links.
  • Support Hub: the Merged ticket status is now labelled "fix ready, awaiting release".
  • Custom Detections: the list is paginated, and previews re-run automatically when you change a draft.
