SenseOn Platform 5.16

Reveal has a new Usage category with two dashboards, Credits Usage and Service Usage, so you can see how your credits and data volumes are tracking day by day. The Case Activity dashboard has been rebuilt with new charts, including a flow from users to the processes they ran and a breakdown of escalated cases by user. Personal access tokens can now be scoped to read and change settings through the API, which opens up more automation. Connecting Microsoft services is clearer, and the Log ingestion tab shows exactly when each source last sent a log.

What's new

Usage dashboards in Reveal

Reveal has a new Usage category. Credits Usage shows your daily credit allowance, how much you've used today, daily usage against your allowance, and usage by source and by credit type. It appears for organisations with purchased credits. The earlier Credit Usage dashboard is now called Log Ingestion Credits, and will be retired in favour of Credits Usage. Service Usage shows the daily volume of data from each source for edge processing and for detection and response, along with storage volume by credit type and by source.

  • Reveal: the Case Activity dashboard has been rebuilt, with new charts showing which processes each user ran and which users have the most escalated cases.
  • Reveal: daily charts show every day in the time window, including days with no activity, so trends are easier to read. Data volumes scale to the right unit, from KB up to TB.
  • Personal Access Tokens: two new scopes, settings/read and settings/write, let a token read and change settings through the Customer API, including reading escalation contacts.

What's improved

  • Data Connectors: when you connect a Microsoft service, the setup dialog closes as soon as you open the Microsoft sign-in page, so it's clear the next step happens there.
  • Log Ingestion: each source shows the timestamp of its latest log, and is marked No logs received recently if nothing has arrived in the last 24 hours.
