SenseOn Platform: Jul 2025

The Identities view in Assets is now available to every organisation, along with the Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and PingIdentity identity connectors that feed it. The sign-in page has a fresh design, and two-factor authentication now follows the same look instead of opening in a pop-up. Hunt Lab also accepts more of the query syntax you already use, and CSV exports open cleanly in more spreadsheet apps.

What's new

Identities for everyone

The Identities view in Assets is now available to all organisations. It lists the user accounts from your connected identity providers, and you can select one to see its details, revoke its sessions or disable the account, along with the history of actions taken. The Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and PingIdentity Identity Search connectors in Data Connectors are no longer in preview. If a connector isn't part of your licence, contact SenseOn to request access.

What's improved

  • Sign-in: the sign-in page has a new design, and a new loading animation plays while the SenseOn Platform opens.
  • Two-factor authentication: entering your code, and setting up an authenticator app when you first sign in, now happen on the sign-in page itself rather than in a pop-up.
  • Browser tab: a new SenseOn icon appears in your browser tab and bookmarks.
  • Hunt Lab: the editor recognises more valid query syntax, including ILIKE, quoted table and column names, several WITH clauses in one query, more flexible JOIN syntax, and an optional closing semicolon.
  • Experience: CSV exports of observations open correctly in more spreadsheet apps, including Apple Numbers, and keep every value in its own column.
  • User management: the invite button shows a spinner while an invitation is being sent, so it's clear the request is under way.
